I used to call in constantly and was told how to refresh my receiver myself but I still miss programs I want recorded because I don't realize I've lost the local channels. I was told months ago they were aware of the problem and were working on it...………………… I only keep them because I hate change (I'm 72) so bad I'd rather hope they fix this than change to a new provider. I have four boxes that have four different people who watch different things. And having to scroll through three other list just to find my saved show is not how i wanted to injoy my day . And for some reason i whom have never been late has paid my bill by check thur mail . It disappeared and i now have a late bill that i paid over the phone . I called to get it fixed, they couldn't fix over the phone so needed a tech to come out. I did NOTHING to the equipment besides shut it off and turn it on and they want me to pay $100 for THEIR faulty equipment and then pay for the receiver if it needs to be replaced. AGAIN I did nothing to these receivers.... they are leased with directv so I shouldn't he responsible for THEIR faulty equipment.
